I’ve been using the cleaner now for a few years. The belt broke on the first use and took me 5 months to track down replacements. Cleaner head is too small and design is extremely poor. Can not be cleaned and takes forever to clean one room. Holding tank is so small that you can only cover a small area before having to refill and empty. I wish I’d never purchased this unit. Sent it to Goodwill.

This was the worst purchased that I’ve never took advantage of you on Groupon. The unit does not suck-up the water and I have no idea who to contact. I’ve never been able to use it.
