Oreck Revitalize Carpet Cleaner

This was the worst purchased that I’ve never took advantage of you on Groupon. The unit does not suck-up the water and I have no idea who to contact. I’ve never been able to use it.

Vendor advertised a 1 year warrenty. My steam cleaner broke. I was told by Oreck that I didn't purchase my steam cleaner from an authorized dealer so the one year warranty was invalid and I am just out the money I spent.

used it 2 times and the belt broke and can’t even get Oreck to respond. Brushes are smashed and the worst to clean. Handheld sprayer cracked on the first use. It does clean well, but tank is so small that you can only clean a small area before having to refill. The fluid doesn’t dispense either if you have the handle pulled back/ tilted when it get low. Not the greatest design at all, but like I said , it cleans pretty good. Does the seller honor the 4 year warranty and take a return? i knew I should have used it right away, but we had contractors in and out since i purchased it. Didn’t think I’d have this many problems with it after only using it twice.

Stopped working after about 10 minutes of first use. We ended up returning it.

It is nice to have been able to buy a quality machine for the same price I would have paid for carpet cleaning one time.

Defective. Cleaning wheels did not turn.

Easy setup , easdy to use does a great job

it leaks every time I fill the water, I can not get the attachment to work, I would not recommend this to anyone it is not a good deal

I used to clean my entire house and has done a wonderful job, it got out the stains and is actually really easy to use, great purchase!
