Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

So there is no way to order 3 normal peanut and 3 chocolate peanut butters? "Multiple flavors available"....

Steffan P.  asked on  Jun 30, 2014

A:

I'm sorry, but each 6 pack would need to be of the same flavor.

Q:

I'm confused by the shelf life question/answers. Regular peanut butter lasts for years (unopened) on our shelves. Why would your product only last a year. My principle interest is in storage and it would seem that dehydration would lengthen storage capacity.

Brent T.  asked on  Aug 1, 2014

A:

We do not have further details, but unopened, PB2 is good for 10 to 12 months. Once opened, please consume within 4-6 months and store in a cool, dry place. Once mixed it is good for only 36/48 hours and must be refrigerated.

Q:

What is the expiration date of the cartons?

Amanda H.  asked on  Nov 13, 2014

A:

It would vary by the batch, but would be in about 10-12 months.

More Questions and Answers

Q:

These pb2 are regularly priced at grocery stores across America for $5.50, how is this a sale price or discounted in any way?

Jacob L.  asked on  Feb 13, 2016

A:

Sorry for any confusion. It is never our intention to mislead anyone about the value of a Groupon. The value and discount percentage listed on each deal reflect the regular full price for that product. If the manufacturer offers other temporary discounts or decides to change their standard pricing after their deal is featured, the relative savings and value might change. Unfortunately, we cannot foresee or control these changes. That said, we work very hard to make sure that the deals we feature are the best in town.
I hope this helps to clarify the situation, and we appreciate your continued support.

Johanna E.  asked on  Feb 21, 2016

A:

Very sorry for the confusion. One pound is 16 ounces. Each container is 1 pound (or 16 ounces).

Q:

Is the regular PB2 not available anymore? All I see is the chocolate option.

Wendy S.  asked on  Feb 19, 2015

A:

For future reference, if an option is grayed-out, the item is no longer available and unselectable. It looks like 6 Jars of PB2 is available!

Q:

Do you know if the original Peanut Butter will be restocked? I had it in my cart and went to pay for it only to get a notification pop up that it was now not available :(

shelbi s.  asked on  Feb 16, 2015

A:

Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, there was a limited quantity available for each option. As such, we do not have a rain check or wait list feature. We do not have any information to share on future offerings at this point, but please keep an eye out!
