My voucher number does not work on the vendor's website in the coupon nor the discount box. I don't understand how else to redeem this. Is there an explanation?

I'm sorry that you're having a difficult time using your Groupon. Please feel free to give me a call at 1-800-971-8051. Also, here are a few troubleshooting tips you might try: 1.) Make sure that you're only ordering personalized product from mychroniclebooks.com. 2.) Make sure that you are registered and logged in to mychroniclebooks.com. Because it's personalized product, we need contact information in case we have any questions. 3.) If you copy and pasted your code from your email, make sure you did not copy and paste a space at the end of the code--it will register as a character.
