I tried over and over again to order the tag I purchased on Groupon but the ordering process is horrible. I lost a few bucks but I learned a lesson to always read the reviews first. Terrible!
This website is SO hard to use, and a lot of these tags don't let you put a phone number on them. What is the point? If my pet gets lost they will know their name but not who to contact? Stupid, don't buy! Waste of money, didn't even get to order.
I should have read all of the previous reviews before purchasing! The website is not user friendly, I was not able to order my 2 purchased tags & ended up getting my tags elsewhere. Total waste of money.
DO NOT DO IT. Their website is NOT user friendly at all. My voucher was for 3 items, and even though I followed the directions explicitly, their website would not let me purchase all 3 at the same time. I had to check out one at a time - meaning the groupon was considered redeemed after the first item, and I was not able to order all 3. Complete waste of money and time!!!!
2 times I have tried to go on their site to redeem this groupon and is not able to. Not to mention that the site is not user friendly at all. It keeps telling me that I am not registered after I have reset my password twice. I need a refund ASAP!!
