I have used Picture It on Canvas to print four 16x20 canvases (two of my wedding photos and two of my beautiful new baby). Each time they have turned out beautifully. I wish I could upload a picture for an example. Yes, the photos have to be cropped because they are wrapped around the canvas, but you are able to adjust the crop to your preference. You certainly can't beat $31 for two 16x20 canvas prints!
They should state in their description that you have to send in a high DPI photo (700+) and that photos from an Iphone are not high quality enough to have a clear picture on a 16X20 canvas. I sent in two Iphone pictures any way and they look blurry, just like it says they might AFTER you place your order. Had I known ahead of time that Iphone pictures aren't high quality enough to make a good canvas print, then I wouldn't have bought them. I'm sure that the majority of people have pictures from an Iphone that they'd like to use. I ordered a similar deal from FedEx and it was a 20X30 Canvas print. I sent a picture from my Iphone and it came out absolutely amazing!! The clarity of the picture looks like you could pet the cat that is in the photo. Picture It On Canvas needs to get better equipment to process their canvas prints or at least let the buyer know ahead of time that you need a very good quality picture with a 700+ DPI to send in in order for the Canvas print to come out clear because Iphone photos DON'T come out clear. I wasted my money.
Do not upload a picture from a mobile device or iPad. I purchased the 20x30 canvas voucher to have a picture of my kids printed on the canvas. The uploaded picture was too small. The site does not offer the best option for your picture. It simply says picture is too small. So basically I've purchased a voucher that I cannot use.
