    We use these gummies to sleep. They work within 30 min. If you need to get up you can also fall back to sleep easily. I only need 1/2, my husband uses a whole one. A minor side effect is waking up with a dry mouth which doesn’t happen all the time.

    We’ve tried the neon cubes, the bears and the worms. The cubes are great! The bears and worms? Useless. Normally 10mg will send me to the clouds, but I’ve taken 20 of the worms several times and it does almost nothing.
