No mention in the ad about levels of resistance. I bought these to supplement my daily free weight workout. Only one of the bands actually offers a good amount of resistance. The others are very light weight. Having said all that....I am a big guy who lifts free weights daily. This was not the right product for me. Could be great for non lifting types who need a resistance workout.
