Not very happy at all . I just purchased my case not even a month ago and the protective case stopped charging due to a defective charging plug . Although , the vendor states it's a 3 month warranty I am not allowed to exchange it due to low inventory . Also , I purchased a iphone 6 case same one for my boyfriend and his is doing the same thing . Very disappointing
The case stopped charging after 3 weeks in use. I contacted Groupon and they suggested to contact Prolix since the unit is still under warranty. I contacted Prolix and there has been no response from them. It's been 2 weeks and no contact or even acknowledgement for the request to RMA the unit.
This is a bad product based on my experience and will not recommend to anyone. Groupon should also take note of lack of customer service by Prolix for the products they sell.
Case was great... When it charged. Then the connection went bad (inexplicably, the mini-USB plug spot became loose and stopped doing anything when plugged in), and it no longer charges. So it's completely useless... Horrible.
