This RCA smart adapter. Is cheaply made. Netflix and hulu plus is my cable. I use it everyday. The device is hard to navigate. And buttons don't want to work half the time. Plus the wifi in the device works 3/4th the time. I'm always reseting.
Product turns it's self off a lot and takes a long time to load shows. Have a Wii and Apple TV and those work fine, so my internet connection is strong enough. Just disappointed, wanted to buy another one but it's not worth it.
I was very disappointed with the product because it did not work and it was a birthday gift for my mom. I would have sent it back but because I have to go thru the trouble of printing the mailing label myself I have not found the time and I just brought another one somewhere else. So sorry this was not a good experience for me. Word of advice if you are going to sell refurbished merchandise you should include a return mailing label so if the product does not work the consumer shouldn't have to go through the hassle of printing their own label. Also maybe it's not a good idea selling refurbished goods on the internet for that very reason.
It worked ok for the first month or so (wasn't using it really frequently), then last week it started to act a little glitchy, taking a long time to load anything or kicking me out of Netflix. THEN it stopped loading everything altogether.
The product is not functional. Only the Pandora app worked. No Netflix or anything else. I am aware that the product was refurbished at the time of my purchase however it is clear to me that it was shipped to me still not functioning. No quality check. And I missed the return deadline. Wasted $25. I don't see myself making purchases on Groupon in the future.
