is your chart in inches? is it the inside dimension of calf and ankle of each size, ie. the small and medium and what type of material is this made out of the the stretch capability? I buy support compression socks monthly and you can go to other support hose url, look at discountsurgical.com and they take your ankle and calf and other dimensions and their charts specify it out. ex. a size 7 shoe fro a women may not have the same size ankle, calf, thigh cause they are cyclist or runner or weight lifter or sedintary women or etc. variables, who may have non standard sizes. . and you have to specify size of ankle and calf not shoe size since this is a shoe foot less sock or ankle calf support only. I have found that non standard sizes also depends on the material and how close weave is and how far it will stretch out to get the correct compression and fit. People may not have same size dimensions on both legs or feet.

The measurements for the ankles and the calves are in inches. These compression socks are a Nylon/spandex blend.
