Q:

My hair is very fine & easily damaged. I currently use a set of hair rollers which protect my hair from the direct surface heat of the roller, which is covered with a thin layer of velvet shielding my hair. I think my set is 'Ceramic' also. Question: are these rollers also covered with a material which acts as a barrier between the damaging heat of a bare roller on the hair shaft? Maybe I need to know how the 'Ceramic' surface acts to protect the hair from damage?

Ann C.  asked on  Nov 4, 2013

A:

Yes, these are velvet flocked.
