How do you re-heat the pad

A:

To initially heat up the pad you flex the disc. Once it cools down the pad becomes a little harder and less flexible. To make the pad flexible again you will need to put it in the boiling water. After the pad has been boiled you can flex the disc at any time to heat the pad back up.

This is a hot and cold pack. The pad can heat up to 130° degrees F / 53° degrees C.
