How to Use
- Simply click the disk inside the pad to activate heat instantly
- To reuse after heating, wrap the pad around a cloth and submerge in a pot of boiling water
- Take it out of the water and cool when the pad turns clear and all crystals are dissolved
- To use it as a cold compress, place the pad in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until thoroughly chilled
- After using as a cold compress, chill the pad in the refrigerator until ready for use again
