Made my first batch of jerky the first day that I received the product. It did a great job. I cut the meat a little too wide so it took a little longer to dry out but turned out great. Looking forward to trying it out with some fruit and making a couple fruit leathers.

The instructions were way off on drying time. My jerky was like a meat crumble chip completely nasty after 24 hours. Looking at other reviews the product melts after a few uses. I returned mine to groupon. Waste of money time and meat:(
