Q:

The details say the batteries last 3 to 4 hours per unit. Do they also plug in so you don't lose contact while the baby sleeps more than 4 hours?

Robin  asked on  Nov 11, 2012

A:

Yes it does! You will be able to use the monitor while it is charging.

Q:

The descriptions says: "The optional addition of a second or third digital camera lets guardians keep track of youngsters in multiple rooms or up to two dimensions." How can we choose to get a second or third digital camera with this groupon? I was going to buy it, but that wasn't an option.

Elizabeth C.  asked on  Nov 9, 2012

A:

Sorry for the confusion. A second or third digital camera is not available with this product.

Q:

I have one of these on order at $109, and have not received it. Should I reorder at the $89 price, and cancel the one I ordered on October 1, 2012? On October 1, 2012, I purchased this monitor through Groupon for $109. I have not yet received this monitor. I am still patiently waiting because at $109, it was an excellent price. Of course now, it's an even better price...but buyer beware. The Groupon ad indicated the item should be shipped within 2-3 weeks. It has been 6 weeks, and I have not received it. I contacted Groupon and they are unable to give me any help with a shipping date. They said they could gladly refund my money. What's crazy, is now it's a Groupon Deal again and I haven't received my monitor from the October offer. All I'm saying is if you want this monitor for a baby, the baby might be an adult by the time you receive it.

Penny J.  asked on  Nov 9, 2012

A:

Hi Penny; The model that you would have ordered October 1st is the Sfe & See Advanced monitor (LV-TW502), this is a diferent model (LV-TW501). Please follow-up with Groupon directly on your missing shipment, they handle all customer concerns as will as in the shipping to the customer.

Q:

Allison J, are you certain about the model number because the model number for that baby monitor is 2.4 inches and this one is advertised as being 3.5 inches? On amazon.com it has the same model number you posted: http://www.amazon.com/Levana-Digital-Monitor-Intercom-LV-TW501/dp/B004CJ9D6W

seth c.  asked on  Nov 9, 2012

A:

Hi Seth; The correct model is the LV-TW501 and it does have a 2.4" monitor. The groupon team is working to correct the ad that went out in the blast. I am sorry about the inconvenience
