The shake is waaaaaay to sweet! It’s hard to drink and I have a sweet tooth. It’s kind of disgusting because it’s so sweet. The cleanse I couldn’t even get through the first few days because it gives you MAJOR and sometimes uncontrollable diarrhea. I don’t recommend this stuff at all.
