This my 2nd Shark Professional. This model features the ability to concentrate a massive among of steam on those hard to get rid of spots. The hand-held feature is also hard to beat.

Not as effective as the other model we are using... and the vapor tool that we expected to be an addition is just ok... not awesome as we expected...
