Q:

Even though these bracelets look better than the ones I got through another deal site, don't be fooled! When I received my bracelet and watch, the quality was poor and the hologram sticker was something you could find a sheet of at a dollar store. When I tried to get my money back, the deal site had to intervene. After a month, I am still trying to get the raining $20 back. Bebalanced has the nerve to have me pay for shipping it back to CANADA for their mistake and the charged s/h when I paid for it! At least the deal site gave me some money back and has been trying to work with bebalanced. Bebalanced hasn't responded. They probably will now that I told I was going to post this to warn others about their shoddy product and extremely horrific customer service skills. Good luck!

Q:

How tight should this fit and does it matter where it is worn? when I measure my wrist just above my wrist bone a it is 61/4", what size would you suggest? Carol C

Henri Carol C.  asked on  Jul 19, 2012

A:

Fit is a personal preference, Here are the Measurements: XS: 6.3-inch circumference S: 6.9-inch circumference M: 7.5-inch circumference It depends on how snug you want the wristband, a XS is 6.3 inches, a Small is 6.9 inches.

Q:

If I measure by wrist to be XS (6.3"), would the wrist band be able to slip on through the widest part of my hand (knuckles)?

Veronica S.  asked on  Jul 19, 2012

A:

How the wristband fits is personal preference, if your wrist is 6.3" - the wristband will be very snug. The Silicone stretches & should be able to go over your hand.
