Iam not satisfied since I can't use the device. I tired emailing the company for a replacement but I recurved no answer or reply.
I was enjoying the use of the slim freezer but then the cord gets really hot. Is not able to use the device anymore it didn't even last a year.
All I wanted was a replacement but I just got ignored.

Product overheated and smells like burning wires. Manufacturer willing to replace but I prefer not to. Never had a problem like this before. Now I need to go somewhere to print a label to return to Groupon as manufacturer DOES NOT have a record in their system. Too much hassle in my book!#!#
