Q:

So if i have a size 12 foot and my concern is mostly right foot pain, would it be better to just get the $39.99 pkg, or would the $49.99 pkg have any advantage for this situation?

Josh W.  asked on  Apr 29, 2013

A:

Ultimately the size of your foot does not matter, as long as your foot is touching the four metal contacts, it will work.

Q:

What is difference betewn this and a tens unit? Will the combo package be available again soon?

Nicole M.  asked on  Apr 29, 2013

A:

This is essentially a much portable, lighter unit like what is used at your chiropractor. I can't say if we will be offering this deal again and adding anymore items to the current deal unfortunately. I hope we offer this again for you soon, or something that better fits your needs.

Q:

How many massager pads for the back and shoulder area can be used at one time? How often do they need replaced?

Dorothy D.  asked on  Apr 28, 2013

A:

You can use two or four pads on your back and shoulders. If one area is more sensitive then the other then the power might not work properly. An example would be, if your back is much more sore then you will want the strength to be less at first so it doesn't hurt, and your shoulders might be able to take a stronger power, so they might need to be done separately. For someone with chronic pain, use for 20-40 minutes, 2-3 times a day for the first 1 1/2-2 weeks.

The pads can last anywhere from a month to four months. depending on how much you use them, if you use somewhere with hair and if you take care of them (putting back on clear plastic film, not on hard plastic piece).

Q:

If I purchase the 49.99 package what is included. How many pads do you get? 4 or 8?

Deann M.  asked on  Apr 28, 2013

A:

With the $49.99 purchase you're getting the ultimate plus shoes and ear clips. The ultimate comes with two set of large pads, one set of small pads, wall charger, USB charger, two pad wires, and manual. There is also an online manual that may be better to understand.

Q:

are these electric pulse massagers the same as the ones physical therapists use? and why the big discount...betty baker/bettyb1948@msn.com

betty  asked on  Apr 28, 2013

A:

These devices are the same thing physical therapists and chiropractors use, this is just as powerful if not more powerful and portable. At the doctor's office it's a big machine with one massage setting and they use a gel for their pads. This one has six massage modes and the pads are silicone based and stick that way; the sticky part does not get on your skin at all.

Q:

What is the output

katherine s.  asked on  Apr 28, 2013

A:

The outputs are the the holes in the device where the wire plugs into. So the devices we're selling have two outputs, which allows them to plug in two wires at the same time, and attach four pads to your body.

Q:

I have small feet. How do I know the massage shoes will fit? And is the manufacturer?

Marilyn M.  asked on  Apr 28, 2013

A:

The sandals will definitely work for you, they fit up to size 10. But all that is needed is for your bare feet to be touching all four metal contacts on the shoe. As long as your feet are touching the contacts, this will work.
