Q:

Hi, I have 2 questions: 1) How big are the shoes? 2) How does the patch stay on the skin? Thanks.

Monica L.  asked on  Apr 28, 2013

A:

The shoes are one size fits all (around size 10) there are 4 metal contact point in the shoe, as long as your foot touches all 4 contact points (from heel to toe) the shoes will work, you must have both shoes snapped into one wire and both bare feet in for it to work. It doesn't matter if the foot comes out of the shoe (its more like a sandal with a Velcro strap over top the foot).

The pads have a sticky substance on them to stick to the skin. They easily peel off the skin when done. And are reusable for quite some time.

Q:

Can you please break down farther into what comes in each option. The listing doesn't specify as to what each option it belongs to. Thank you.

Heather B.  asked on  Apr 28, 2013

A:

The $39.99 option is just the basic unit, with pads and cables, while the $49.99 option also includes massage shoes and massage ear clips.

If you look in the photo slide show, the options can be seen in the fifth photo very well, The $49.99 being on the left side and the $39.99 on the right.
