Your emergency phone is 850/1900 mhz? So if I travel international & country requires 900/1800 mhz, this will not work for emergency calls? Does it come with cover? Thanks for your reply.

Rosemarie W.  asked on  Oct 4, 2012

A:

Hi Rosemarie! That is correct, it would only work in North America and parts of South America.

Q:

To be able to have a sim card in both my old and new phones, I would need to have two of them. Will my existing plan (T-Mobile) give me a SECOND sim card or would they sell me one and if it's sale, do you know the price? Otherwise, if only one phone will work at a time, I see no real value to the second phone -- just take the first one.

Carolyn T.  asked on  Oct 4, 2012

A:

Hi Carolyn! You would only need one SIM card, as the emergency phone would only need to be used if your phone was dead or inoperative. Otherwise, you could dial 911 or call a contact on your normal cell phone.
