The moment this mattress climbs out of its carton and onto your box spring, your joints will breathe a sigh of relief. That’s because the mattress, fitted with multiple layers enhanced by memory foam, contours to bodies in an effort to reduce strain on pressure points and decrease the transfer of energy throughout the mattress. That means sleepers won’t be so sensitive to the tosses, turns, or barrel rolls of their partner, resulting in a more satisfying sleep that’s good for the body and soul.

This is our first memory foam mattress -- and I think its just a matter of personal preference if someone *loves* memory foam or believe it feels weird. That said, my daughter *loves* her memory foam mattress and will probably never go back to a standard mattress. The construction on this Purasleep is solid, it will be heavy, awkward, and bulky to move -- so unpack where you want to lay (this will be true of any memory foam). It has a great amount of 'spring', high end material, and excellent quality seams / stitching. Overall, a purchase I'd make again.
As with any bed, the "fit" is very personal. I have a difficult back, and this memory foam bed felt absolutely wonderful the first few nights. After that, I noticed that it started feeling more rigid to me, and now I can't sleep on my back after the first minute or so, just on my sides. I love sleeping on my back, but I'm comparing this bed to my previous Sleep Number Bed which I had to constantly pump up and down and back up and down for the first twenty minutes or half hour. It was a struggle. The memory foam bed is a steady surface I don't have to wrestle with, and I'm sleeping the night away once I get in the side position. I sleep through the night, which is very important to me.
This mattress is not a memory foam mattress like it says. It's Rock hard and very uncomfortable. I am so unsatisfied. For the money I spent I should of just purchased a regular mattress and I'm sure it would have been better than this.
