Q:

I see how this would be a great help in quickly flushing hot water through fabric! I'm wondering where the water goes when your working on carpet or upholstery?

Carolyn A.  asked on  Apr 10, 2013

A:

When cleaning fabric, you fill the lower bowl with warm water, creating a washing machine environment. With flat surfaces, like rugs or furniture, you only apply a teaspoon or less of liquid and soap directly to the spot, and only use the top plunging portion of the Turbo Wash, with the carpet disc attached. When the plunger is pumped up and down, the water is pushed back and forth through the fabric, loosing the stain. You then blot with a clean cloth, lifting the water and loosened soil up.

Q:

Does this only work on new stains that are seen right away or does it work on old stains too? Perhaps a stain that was noticed after a few days?

Jessica K.  asked on  Apr 9, 2013

A:

Best results are achieved if the stain is caught early. However, due to the push pull water pressure of the Turbo Wash, old stains can be removed by longer application, or repeated applications. Since the washing action is focused on the stain itself, you don't have to worry about damaging the garment. The Turbo Wash creates a washing machine environment focused in a 2 inch circle, allowing for a more aggressive stain treatment.

Q:

what's the mechanism? how does it work?

minj  asked on  Apr 8, 2013

A:

This item uses a strong elastic spring mechanism (stainless steel) for pumping action.

It utilizes Turbo Air Technology (Hydraulic Cleaning Action by Water & Air Pressure) that uses vacuum power to create high turbo pressure to force air, water and detergent deep into the fabric to disintegrate the stain. Each pump release will create turbo vacuum power to get stains out.
