I see how this would be a great help in quickly flushing hot water through fabric! I'm wondering where the water goes when your working on carpet or upholstery?

When cleaning fabric, you fill the lower bowl with warm water, creating a washing machine environment. With flat surfaces, like rugs or furniture, you only apply a teaspoon or less of liquid and soap directly to the spot, and only use the top plunging portion of the Turbo Wash, with the carpet disc attached. When the plunger is pumped up and down, the water is pushed back and forth through the fabric, loosing the stain. You then blot with a clean cloth, lifting the water and loosened soil up.
