Q:

I realize these are not that expensive, but what is the micron rating on the rhodium coating? I know if it is to thin, it either wears off quick, or causes discoloration, which is not appealing even at the deal price. Thanks.

Rebecca K.  asked on  Jan 17, 2013

A:

They are plated with 5 mils of Genuine Rhodium.

Q:

I am trying to understand the answer to the questions above. I want to purchase multiple rings to not have to pay the shipping because if I buy 2 then it gets me over the $15 amount that you are indicating where it would be free shipping. When I go back to add a second ring it erases my first selection. Is it even possible to get multiple rings in one selection or is it just $10 per ring plus $2 for shipping for each ring making it $12 per ring and there really is no option for free shipping?

Renee M.  asked on  Jan 17, 2013

A:

I'm very sorry, but we do not have a cart option to add multiple options at this time, so shipping would only be free if you purchased at least two of the same option. I'm sorry for any frustration.

Q:

I want to buy 3 different stones and get the free shipping, but it's not giving me that option to put the different rings in one cart

Bernadette C.  asked on  Jan 17, 2013

A:

We're very sorry for the confusion. You would need to purchase different options in separate transactions. A $2 shipping fee would be charged for each option unless that option was $15 or more. Sorry for any inconvenience.
