The item that arrived was certainly not the quality I expected. Installation is easy but after installation your are quickly made aware of the movement of the knife bar. The item should feel solid on the wall but due to its construction it moves when you attach or remove the knives. The installation bar is solid on the wall but the magnetic attachment that holds the knives simply will not do.
