I requested to cancel a few hours after accidentally ordering, days before it shipped (to the wrong address) and customer service wasn’t helpful “it’s not shipped, you can’t cancel, maybe if they are returned to sender from the wrong address we can take care of the return.” Wow-I love Groupon and I’m stopping it.
