This is a great set with twelve 20 minute workout possibilities (and two 10 minute ones) that are tough and energizing for those with little exercise time in their day, who still want to stay in shape. The time it took the product to arrive was the same as an average online order. I would highly recommend this workout system for busy people, but I will warn you that they move fast so you have to be dedicated to learning the workouts without giving up or complaining. They have modified versions for those who are starting out, but if it's not for you that's okay. Everyone has different preferences. Try it out!
Workouts focus on several muscle groups at once maximizing calories burned. Pace is fast & changes often, if new to aerobic group exercise, may be challenging, but what else would you expect? No more excuses you dont have time. 20 min. Get it done.
The girl in the first set of videos is annoying. Even though the workouts are short (20 min) they start at pace that is hard to keep up with, so if you are not doing the full workout you are not getting the full benefit.
