Firm-approved instructors lead these instructive DVDs, which focus on different areas of the body, such as abs, arms, and auras with a combination of cardio and strength-building exercises. The workout regimens start with as little as 10 minutes and can last up to 1.5 hours to suit busy schedules or afternoons with a little extra free time to exercise. The Firm has developed a line of workout gear, including specially designed boxes and weights, that are used throughout these routines, but are not included with these DVDs.
