More Questions and Answers

Q:

I have a pic that I want to do, but there are 3 cactuses and I don't want one of them to be split in half. Can I send that photo in and have someone tell me where the splits would occur?

You can contact Canvas on Demand directly regarding this question. You can contact them here.

Q:

Since the finished product for Option 1 is 36 x 24, but in three 12 x 24 inch panels, and since there is a 1 1/2 inch wrap around for each of those 3 panels...... does that mean that the ideal size of the original print should be 45 inches by 30 inches? Can you explain otherwise?

Judy B.  asked on  May 17, 2013

A:

Sorry for the delay! Click here to learn more about choosing an image for this photosplit. If you have any additional questions, please contact Canvas on Demand.

Q:

Will a photo taken with an IPhone 5 work?

Tori R.  asked on  May 16, 2013

A:

Here is an answer from their FAQ:

"Generally speaking, photos taken with a cell phone’s camera are not high enough in quality to enlarge, but this is not always the case. If your phone prompts you to choose the image size when you save or send a photo, choose the largest option available (usually called “actual size” or “original size”). If you did this and we still emailed you concerning image quality, we recommend choosing a different image taken with a regular camera. Even phones that take photos at a large file size cannot compare in quality to a regular camera."
