I'm so sorry to hear you had so much difficulty! I would first suggest checking the "My Groupons" section of your account to see if your order processed successfully. To do this, just sign into your account at www.groupon.com/mygroupons.
If you don't see a Groupon there or you're still having trouble, please call us at 877.788.7858 so we can give you a hand and look into your issue.
