Shipping and delivery was exceptional. Unit arrived within a few days. The package was immaculate. It was on my doorstep before work. I didn’t even hear the driver. The machine is build well, very solid. I agree with other customers about the to go cup being hard to open. It’s REALLY hard to open. The finished product is exceptional. Best. Smoothies. Ever. Smoothies were my sole reason for purchasing. There’s a slight learning cure but operation is simple. I look forward to homemade hummus... yum. And margaritas. We are going to try it all!
