I can only comment on the shipping since, I do not know about the product itself since, it was a gift to my son who is serving overseas.
I received the shaver in a timely manner. The box didn't seem to have any damage to it. The shaver arrived in a bubble envelope and once I open the envelope I saw the small box with the shaver in it.
