Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

What is the serving size? How much is recommended daily? How many glasses can you get from this one bottle?

Sherry C.  asked on  Jan 20, 2013

A:

One scoop of Gold Standard 100% Whey contains approximately 33 grams of powder (depending on flavor) which is mixed into 6 to 8 ounces of water, milk or another beverage. This shake provides 24 grams of protein, and a 3-pound tub will make approximately 45 servings, depending on flavor. How much protein you need depends on your goals, activity levels, diet, metabolism and other individual factors.
