I purchased two of these so that everyone in my family could play mario kart, mario party, and nintendo land together. Out of the two one worked perfectly and was very responsive. The other one seemed like the buttons would stick and not respond.
As someone previously said, 3rd party controllers are a gamble and I am batting 500.
Seems to work well. I don't have a lot of experience with Wii remotes so I don't have much to compare to. Speakers are not good (crackle sound instead of clear) so I turned their volume off in settings. For the price, seems like a good deal.
Like all 3rd party controllers buying this is a gamble, one that I lost. The A-button only seems to register being pressed 30% of the time regardless of how hard you press it. This is mediocre performance by the already low standards of 3rd party controllers - out of the 5 third party controllers I have owned for several systems this is the only one that was essentially non-functional straight out of the box. For the record, the longest any 3rd party controller has worked with regular use was 6 months, so my expectations were not high, but this cannot even work as a backup controller or one to use on those rare occasions when more than 2 people are playing a game on my console.
I purchased these about a month ago. It was better priced than anything I could find, even used! We used them for the first time last night and loved them. They work exactly the same as an actual Nintendo Wii controller for a fraction of the price.
