About Cass

Growing up with three generations of clothing designers, Susan Ledyard was something of a rebel: she could never quite accept clothing that was just fashionable. “I always have to have function with my fashion,” she admits. It’s natural, then, that her own light-bulb moment happened when she had a need for a garment that didn’t seem to exist. After giving birth to her second child, Ledyard couldn’t find shapewear designed for women’s top halves. That’s when Cass and Co. was born.

Since 2004, Cass has been known for tops, bottoms, and Invisibella dresses, all designed to be light, smooth, and seamless under everyday garments.
