Q:

if i buy one card can both of my grandson's play either independently or together on the one card?

Barbara M.  asked on  Jan 28, 2013

A:

The Gold membership would only be valid for one account. The person playing online would have to use the account used to register for the Gold membership. Most games only allow one person (the account owner) to play online.

So, if I bought 2 of them, would I use one now (I am an existing member) and then hold on to the other one until the 1st 12 months is over and then redeem the other one or do I redeem 2 now and get 24 months?

You could redeem both to extended the subscription for 24 months. You could only have a max of three years out however.

Q:

my sons susbsciption just ended yesterday but it was a one month trial. Would it still be ok to use this 12month membership?

Mayra R.  asked on  Jan 28, 2013

A:

Yes, the trial would just revert back to Silver (free) and this would bump it back up to Gold for a year.

Q:

my son's subscription expires in just a couple days......do I have to wait until this comes in the mail? I'm afraid his subscription will expire before we receive the card.

Dan S.  asked on  Jan 28, 2013

A:

These would be physical cards, so you would need to wait for them to arrive to redeem.

Q:

I'd like to purchase this for my nephew but he's currently still a member for a few months. Would he be able to use this to redeem another year when that one is over?

Ann F.  asked on  Jan 28, 2013

A:

You are able to redeem it before the current subscription expires. It would simply add 12 months on to his existing end date.
