It a big iron which is what I needed for my thicker hair. Easy to use and gets my hair straight lots of temperatures to choose from this will be the last flat iron because it's great..... oh and the package was Xtra cute I felt like I was getting a hundred dollar iron

Omg it's perfect it heats up fast my hair was so soft when I was done my roots was extremely straight I never had so much BOUNCE & SHINE EVER I love my new flat air now I need the blow dryer I will recommend this to anyone!
