Q:

Hi, I was just wondering if this is the current model of this device, or if it an older one. Z -Q does not recommend purchasing from any non official sellers due to age of product, and potential lack of effectiveness . Just wanted to get some more info before I order, seems like a great deal Thank you Anthony

Anthony S.  asked on  Jan 4, 2013

A:

Hi Anthony. You would actually redeem this Groupon through ZQuiet themselves. They will fulfill order order once you redeem the Groupon on their special Groupon offer redemption page.

Q:

Are there any other fees or charges by the ZQuiet website when ordering? Processing? Handling? Shipping? Do they accept American Express?

Bill S.  asked on  Jan 3, 2013

A:

Hi Bill. You would purchase this Groupon using a Visa, AmEx, MC, or Discover card. You would then just need to fill out the redemption form on the ZQuiet page with no further payment required.

Q:

What If one has an over-bite. Will the device hole the bottom jaw in place and prevent gravity from letting bottom jaw slide back and while on my back?

Brian  asked on  Jan 2, 2013

A:

Closing your mouth while sleeping is a natural process and the ZQuiet "Living Hinge" provides comfortable jaw mobility. Many customers appreciate the fact that they can even talk or take a drink without having to remove the mouthpiece. The average person requires an adjustment period of a few hours to a few weeks to reach maximum comfort. During this period you may feel some discomfort, but this should disappear shortly after removing the Zquiet mouthpiece. Moving the jaw forward is what causes the snoring to stop; and this movement requires some initial conditioning of your jaw muscles. If you need more specific details, ZQuiet would best be able to help if you contacted them directly.

Q:

It says 'limit 1 per order' but also says 'Limit 3 per person, may buy 2 more as gifts.' Can I buy 3 or just 1?

Mike H.  asked on  Jan 3, 2013

A:

You could purchase three for yourself, but you would just need to redeem each separately.

Q:

I was just reading reviews and zquiet says to be sure you're buying it from their website so you get the latest model, and the guarentee. Is the Groupon good for their official website, or a different one?

Quentin P.  asked on  Jan 2, 2013

A:

Hi Quentin. This offer is redeemed directly via ZQuiet. You would redeem the Groupon on the special redemption page ZQuiet has set up for this offer.

Q:

What does "FDA-cleared to treat snoring" mean? Does it mean that they've tested it and confirmed that it does in fact eliminate snoring? Or does it mean that it's been cleared to be used for snoring, but they can't or won't attest to its effectiveness? Or something else altogether. I'm just curious as to what this statement means.

Edward C.  asked on  Jan 2, 2013

A:

All oral anti-snoring devices are regulated by the FDA and must meet their requirements. In order to receive FDA Clearance, a product must undergo very strict consumer safety testing. There are many anti-snoring devices sold online that are not cleared by the FDA, and there is no way to ensure that those products are effective or safe for consumers. ZQuiet is FDA Cleared, which means it has proven that it is effective for the treatment of snoring, and is safe to use.

Q:

My wife has a very small mouth. Does this product come in sizes?

Mike H.  asked on  Jan 2, 2013

A:

ZQuiet was specially designed to fit nearly everyone. No boiling or molding is required—just use it exactly as provided. If needed, you can trim your ZQuiet with small scissors to improve fit and comfort. After trimming, use a fingernail file or emery board to smooth any rough edges and avoid irritation to the gums.

Is this GroupOn offer sponsored by the official ZQuiet developer at https://www.zquiet.com? If not, what is the name of the company selling this ZQuiet?

Jane T.  asked on  Jan 2, 2013

A:

This is redeemed through ZQuiet directly for this special Groupon offer.
