I went in for a lash lift and tint and unfortunately my lashes were clearly over-processed. They were left damaged and compromised, which is the opposite of what you expect from a professional service. When I raised my concerns, the only solution offered was advice to wait 4–6 weeks for new lashes to grow in. No corrective service, refund, or accountability was offered. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was disappointed by the lack of responsibility or effort to make it right. Because this service directly affects the health of your natural lashes, I would urge others to proceed with caution.

When concerns were raised, my recommendation was based on professional safety standards, as immediate corrective treatments are not always appropriate when lashes appear overprocessed, especially on shorter or more delicate lashes. I regret that this was perceived as a lack of support, as that was not my intention.
