Q:

When I registered for August 3, 2013, the form stated that "You must register voucher purchases one person at a time." So, I did this four times with the names of the other three people who will be joining me. I only got one confirmation - for myself only. Does this mean that the four tickets I purchased through Groupon were applied automatically under one name because the "system" can tell by the Redemption Code that four tickets were purchased? All all four of us able to attend August 3, 2013. Thank you.

A:

Please send me your name and telephone plus voucher codes and the names of the people to me at drphil@nycwalks.com so that we can determine whether or not regisration has been completed and we can get back to you.

This is our first year. We need to get the lay of the land determine how cold the weather really gets in Albany. We operate ghost walks in New Haven, New York City, Washington, DC, and Palm Beach. Each has its own set of weather problems which sometimes cancellation. We will end our tours on the first Saturday \in November. We will resume in the spring in April and in May and perhaps go year –round. We need to study the market, the expectations of the customers, and how can we best serve everybody.

Q:

Is this tour wheelchair accessible?

Jennifer H.  asked on  Jun 17, 2013

A:

Yes! On April 19, 2013 when I was there with the photographer to take photos for the website, there was a disability meeting or rally of some kind going at the State Capitol. People of all sorts of disabilities – the deaf, the blind, and mobility-challenged with canes, walkers, and wheelchairs – had no problem navigating the area which is built on a hill.
