When founders Ody and Kenny Lugo looked around their Coral Gables, FL community in search of fresh, wholesome food, they were left wanting. One a teacher, the other a firefighter, the two knew how critical proper nutrition was, so, they started up Giardino Gourmet Salads. Now with locations across Florida—as well as Tennessee and North Carolina—the pair shares a verdant selection of unique salads.
