The "owner" came to replace the battery in my phone. It took 45 minutes. After he left i noticed that the screen was not popped all the way back in and my sound buttons on the side of the phone were no longer working. I was unable to pop the screen in myself, and now i have to go to settings and turn my sound on/off, louder/quieter. I asked him to return that week to fix the damage to my phone and he kept rescheduling saying he was "swamped" and "had the flu." Horrible service. My phone was better off before GIGA.
