The person from Giga help was helpful. I had issues with the phone number and I think that Groupon should have confirmed that information prior to sending out the info. And even after informing them that the phone number was not working , Groupon sent me the same number. So that frustrated me more. That had nothing to do with the service. But the company/rep didn't do anything to my computer. He checked it, gave me some suggestions to help & returned it. I have the same issue, so I don't know if it is what he said or something else because I have never had this issue before. But I did follow his suggestion, which cost me addition money, but it has helped somewhat.
