I will be sad if this place fails. The food and service is excellent and the room is attractive. But, it can fail unless a steady clientele chooses this "real deal" instead of the gut-buster buffets with their strange and questionable cuisines.

The sushi was very fresh and very good. The menu had a great variety. The menu had some rolls that would be seen on other sushi menus, but it also had a lot of unusual items. The prices were very reasonable also. I would definitely go back. I also would recommend it to my friends.

The Service and Food were fantastic!

What You'll Get

A marriage between two cuisines is preferable to a marriage between two clones of Sylvester Stallone, a process that eventually results in a baby reared on raw eggs and meat punching bags. Savor a simpler fusion with today's Groupon: for $12, you get $25 worth of East Asian cuisine at Ginza Asian Bistro & Sushi in Grand Prairie.

Ginza Asian Bistro & Sushi's menu merges the alimentary approaches of Japan, China, and Thailand with fresh sushi selections and sizzling traditional dishes, from Mongolian beef to Sichuan-style chicken. Open meals by moderating tongue temperature with a chicken lettuce wrap, with stir-fried chicken and mushroom cloaked within a cool lettuce leaf ($6.25). Sushi chefs bundle a bounty of tempting rolls, including the Ambrosia roll, with its fiery blaze of spicy tuna, salmon, king crab, and wasabi fish roe, served with a side of spicy mango sauce ($13.95). The Dinosaur roll lets flavor paleontologists perform chopstick excavations on spicy tuna, shrimp tempura, and avocado buried beneath soft-shell crab tempura and tobiko ($13.95). The restaurant's woks reveal a wide range of classic Eastern fare, such as creamy Thai coconut curry ($9.95–$12.95) and sesame chicken ($10.95), along with a selection of veggie- and tofu-based dishes, from mapo tofu ($7.95) to eggplant with garlic sauce ($7.95).
