Choose Between Two Options

Students start the 30-minute class with a boxing session that works arms and cores with punches thrown at the Boxmaster. Then, they move onto lifting free weights; weight training alternates between upper-body and lower-body days. During the last third of class, students work their cores with cardio-based circuit training.
Working out doesn't have to be endlessly repetitive. In fact, at GIVE Fitness, personalized workouts are tailored to help achieve individual fitness goals, with sessions customized by the instructor based on the heart rate of each participant.
