What We Offer

• Vaccination & Health Requirements

• Pets must be at least 4 months old and spayed/neutered by 8 months.

• Dogs must have current vaccinations for:

  • Fecal/Giardia (negative test)
  • Bordetella
  • Distemper/Parvo
  • Rabies

• Dogs under 2 years old:

  • Fecal/Giardia tests and Bordetella vaccines required every 6 months

• Dogs over 2 years old:

  • Fecal/Giardia tests and Bordetella vaccines required annually

• Cats must have current FVRCP and Rabies vaccinations.

• Proof of vaccination history is required before or at booking.

• Pets must be in good health and flea-free.

  • Pets found with fleas may be placed in a private kennel, and owners are responsible for associated costs.

• Temperament Evaluation

• A mandatory meet-and-greet evaluation is required for daycare or boarding.

• Dogs are introduced to a small group during evaluation.

• Evaluations are free of charge.

• Available Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–3:00 pm.

• Advance scheduling and vaccination documents are required.

• Allow approximately 15 minutes for check-in.

• Booking, Reservations & Fees

• Reservations are highly recommended for daycare and boarding.

• Daycare drop-ins are allowed only for pre-registered pets with verified vaccinations and a completed evaluation.

• Check-in hours: 7:00 am–3:00 pm.

• Late check-in fee: $10 after 3:00 pm.

• Late pick-up fee: $10 after 7:00 pm.

  • Pets remaining after 7:30 pm will be checked into overnight boarding at standard rates.

• Multiple Pets & Shared Suites

• Pets from the same household may share a suite.

  • Dogs and cats must stay in separate areas.

• A 30% discount applies to additional pets in Deluxe and Presidential Suites.

• Pets from different households may not share suites.

• Medications & Feeding

• Staff can administer non-injectable medications only.

  • Medications must be clearly labeled with dosage instructions.
  • Pill pockets or food may be provided to assist with administration.

• Medication fee: $2 per dose.

  • If no food is provided, peanut butter or wet food may be purchased on-site.
  • Glass containers are not accepted.

• Daycare meals: Available for an additional charge, starting at $3+ per meal per dog (varies by size).

• Boarding meals: Feeding is included at no additional charge.

• Bringing Personal Items

• Dogs:

  • Orthopedic beds, bedding, and bowls are provided.
  • Up to two small personal items may be brought.
  • Toys and personal belongings are not allowed when multiple dogs share a suite.
  • The resort is not responsible for ingestion or choking hazards.

• Cats:

  • Beds, blankets, bowls, and toys are provided.
  • You may bring your cat’s favorite comfort items.
  • Do not bring bowls—they are provided.
