2014 NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship
In just over a week, NCAA March Madness descends on Orlando as the second and third rounds of the 2014 Men’s Basketball Championship unfold at the Amway Center. Between round two on Thursday and round three on Saturday, the field of 64 will have been whittled down to 32 teams. When the final horn sounds and the court dissolves back into sand on Saturday, only the top 16 teams will be left standing. Though seeds and match-ups won’t be finalized until March 16, it’s safe to assume the weekend will be packed with heart-pumping moments. A year ago, upsets riddled these opening rounds like pot holes, busting brackets and championship hopes in the process.
