I am not sure my transaction went through properly I wanted 2 tickets to the dec. 18 7:30 show? I hope it did not order twice either. How can I find this out?

Q:

I tried to purchase 2 tickets, and it said I could purchase only 1. However, it also says you have to purchase together to sit together. Please explain???

Hi Catherine. It appears that you may be encountering this challenge becaause there is only 1 Groupon ticket left in the system for that day's deal. We beleive that you also left a voicemail message at Great Lakes Theater regarding this matter. If so, hang tight and a GLT representative will contact you on Monday during regular business hours to accommodate your request. We'll make sure that you are taken care of.

when do we find out where our seats are ? The tickets are mailed to us?

A:

Hi Jill. You are correct. The tickets will be mailed out to you (postmarked November 20). The seating locations will be assisnged and indicated on the tickets when you receive them. Every ticket will be located in our A-Level seating sections...so they are sure to be good. Thanks for your question.

Do you get to pick your seats or take what is sent? can you request balcony over orchestra?

Are the seats RESERVED (ie a specific seat number, row, etc.) or are they all General admission -- "Sit Anywhere" tickets

Q:

I was wondering if I bought 4 tickets and my parents bought 2 is it possible to be seated together? Also, is there going to be another chance to purchase the live Christmas tree? Sadly I was too late.

Hi Cheryl: Due to the nature of the ordering process, we cannot guarantee that we can seat you separate parties together...as orders are processed in the order received in the interest of fairness. That being said, we'll do our best to accommodate if we can. Please email the names of the two parties that you would like us to seat contiguously to mail@greatlakestheater.org (with Groupon Seating Request in the subject request). Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate seating requests for exact seating locations. Thanks again for your interest!
