What is Adventure Island’s Weather Policy?
Tickets are protected with the Weather Policy which covers weather disruptions like rain, lightning, extreme heat, snow, and more. If bad weather affects your visit, you can request a free, nontransferable, nonrefundable re-admit ticket valid for one day within 1 year. Just visit Guest Relations at the park or submit your request online with your original ticket or order number.
Are there lockers available?
Yes! There are plenty of lockers available if you need to store your belongings! Please note they are not included in the price of your Groupon.
When does my Groupon Expire?
All products (except for Fun Cards & products that call out an expiration in ticket name) expire 365 days from the purchase date, regardless of any other mention of expiration on the voucher.
